“AR-SADIKOGLU” LLC

“AR Sadikoglu” company was founded by Ahmet Sadikoglu and Ramig Mirzayev in order to implement joint projects in Azerbaijan and Turkey as representatives of Turkey’s “Sadikoglu Yatırım” companies and “AZR Business” LLC, “Aydinoglu-R” LLC, “AZR-R Construction” LLC. The companies mentioned participate in the project of restoration and reconstruction of Lachin city and surrounding villages, as well as the village of Malibeyli, within the framework of the restoration program of the territories liberated from occupation since 2022. By creating a joint company, the parties aim to combine their resources to implement larger projects for the restoration of the liberated territories. Within the framework of these projects, at the initial stage, it is planning to construct the Building Materials Market Complex in the “Araz Valley Economic Zone” Industrial Park and is conducting preparatory work in this direction.

“AYDINOGLU-R” LLC

Rovshan Aydin Mirzayev established our company in 2000, encompassing a spatial expanse of 250 square meters.

Currently, our manufacturing sector is 15,000 square meters and is equipped with the most modern techniques and equipment.

“GM TECH” LLC

As “GM Tech” LLC, we have been operating in the field of telecommunications for 5 years, we cooperate with leading companies in the field of telecommunications such as Azercell, Bakcell, Azerconnect, Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, Ultel and implement projects based on their orders. These orders cover areas such as the construction of towers for mobile operators, the construction of various purpose-built buildings and facilities, equipment renewal, restoration and repair works. All the works carried out cover all territories of Azerbaijan, including Karabakh and territories freed from occupation. Among the works carried out in recent months, there are also projects implemented in Kalbajar, Lachin, Khankendi, Shusha, Karkijahan, Aghdam, and Zangilan. As “GM Tech” LLC, we have implemented projects outside the country – in Ukraine, in Kharkiv region.

“AZR BUSINESS” LLC

“AZR Business” LLC was established in February 2021. The main field of activity is engaged in construction installation works, construction of electrical networks and other construction works, including the production and import of building materials (marble, granite, iron pipe profiles, reinforcement, MDF, DSP, etc.).

Sabirabad district implemented the street lighting project of Kovlar village of Lachin city, participates in reconstruction and restoration project of Lachin city, Malibeyli village of Khojaly district. By building a sand and gravel quarry in Lachin district at its own expense, it provides affordable and high-quality local construction materials for the restoration and construction works in the region. In Lachin Industrial Park, together with “Aydinoglu-R” LLC, it built a modern furniture factory with an annual production capacity of 3000 m3.

“AZR-R CONSTRUCTION” LLC

“AZR-R Construction” LLC, founded in July 2023, engages in the import of construction and industrial materials along with construction works. After its establishment, it participated in the implementation of various projects both alone and together with “AZR Business” LLC and “Aydinoglu-R” LLC. In the field of construction, “AZR-R Construction” LLC has been participating in the rebuilding and reconstruction project of Lachin city since August 2023, and since December 2023 it has been participating in the rebuilding and reconstruction project of Lachin city, Malibeyli village of Khojaly district.
